Incredibly fun and enjoyable atmosphere. Very nice staff with wonderful recommendations who made out of stock pastries at request for us. Very fair prices equating to other shops, and still supporting the cats with that income. Food and drinks were phenomenal. Place is very clean, no odor, and all cats are extremely well groomed. We didnt go in for a playtime with them because of my allergy but they were all very bright eyed and interactive!

As a person with mild cat allergies. I enjoyed the hour I was there. It was quiet. We were able to interact with pretty much all the cats. I counted about 29 cats. I think there was more in the back, they are able to be alone if the cats want to. I thought that was nice, they weren't forced to hang out with us. The smell was clean, I wAS expecting a slight cat piss smell but no, smelled clean. Cats were mainly friendly, obviously use discretion if you see a cat that's looking grumpy. I recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt just in case tho. We ordered this chocolate coffee drink that was pretty good. Staff was friendly.

I wanted so much more out of this place. We had to remind them twice about our food order before we got it and it wasn’t very warm. The drinks were ok nothing wow. They weren’t busy when we were there they just seemed distracted. We did enjoy the glass wall so we could watch the kitties. The cat themed games that were available to play were fun. They had been well loved.

It's clean and doesn't smell like cat litter. Staff greets you when you walk in. Drinks were fast. There are only 2 milk options but that's ok. If you want to see the cats but not pay to pet them, the walks are clear so it's still totally worth the visit!

Such a fun place. Definitely make reservations in advance to spend time with the kitties. They are so sweet. We had the strawberry refresher drink and it was very nice. The staff was just amazing. So nice and you can tell they take very good care of the cats and the way they are treated.
